Hello Summer!

It is FINALLY summer :) I am extremely excited for what this summer will bring!
I left VT on May 4th and headed home.

 On that following Tuesday I headed by myself to Ocean City, New Jersey.

I love the contrast of the green shutters on the garage with the purple flowers, so "summery"

I love Wawa! Their meatball subs are to die for!

I got to see MRC the first weekend I was here :) He came down for the weekend with his mom and we got Mack & Mancos (Mancos and Mancos), walked on the beach and then we watched Mama Mia, I had never seen it before! :)

Hands down, the best pizza EVER :)

I also planted several flowers in our pots at the Shore house :)

The other night, I went to Kessels with the grandparents and got a peanut butter sundae, it was extremely rich and peanut buttery, but oh so good!

Today, my grandmom has several of her friends from home down to the shore for lunch. I made a pasta salad, mac and cheese, and fruit salad.

I ordered some goodies from VV during their flash 20% off sale! They came the next day, with standard shipping. I was beyond EXCITED! 

This a text that I woke up to this morning from my grandmom; she loves her Spanish, yet I have no idea what she was saying!

I was looking through old albums last night and found this great picture of my grandmom, I love this one!

The Easter "Weekend"

This past Wednesday I went home, and that evening my brother and I headed to the shore :) It was extremely cold compared to VA, but I had my newly monogrammed North Face with me :)

After eating at all of our favorite places and job hunting we returned home Friday afternoon. That evening I went to Nordstrom Cafe with MRC and then Yogi Castle :) It was great to see him after a month!

 Easter cookies my mom made :) She makes them every year!

 Easter Lilies that my grandparents from West Chester sent us :)

 My Virginia Tech themed eggs that I dyed! (at 10pm the night before Easter!)

 After church on Sunday, the entire family went out to an early Easter dinner/lunch at Fogo De Chao. It was amazing as usual, if you have not been there before, I would definitely recommend going!

 MRC joined us for lunch :)
It was his first time experiencing atmosphere of it all!

After lunch, I went over to MRC's house to hunt eggs! I was so excited, I haven't had an egg hunt in years!!

"The Easter Weekend" ended last night when I returned to school at 11:00pm :)

Summer Days Making My Winter Blues Wash Away
